As this week marks the beginning of the UK's journey to independence or isolation (you choose), the country is eager to see what changes may take place. What will happen? When? Who will be affected? And how will we embrace or tolerate (again, you choose) this change?

No one can be absolutely sure what lies ahead following the government’s decision to invoke Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union, but we will need to be prepared and well informed to minimise the impact of any less favourable changes for our workforce.
